pushups, and start off on your knees. If you like, you could go onto your feet. We are
going to go super wide to work on our chest. We are going to count four seconds down like
this 1, 2, 3, 4, we are going to hold 2 right here and then we are going to come back up.
We are going to do ten repetitions of these. Now we are going to bicep curls. On your knees,
ten reps. Followed by dynamic pushups. Last thing we are going to do is front raises underhand.
So there you had guys four exercises done back to back. You are going to do ten reps
each and afterwards you are going to rest about 15 to 30 seconds between those four
exercises. You're going to rest 15 to 30 seconds after you do all fours in row, do as many
